We offer an array of services including servicing septic tanks and more.

To clarify the service we provide, please find listed below, both the owner’s and our responsibilities.

Our responsibility:

• Travelling and labour for routine quarterly service is included in the Annual Contract however labour and parts, in excess of routine servicing, will be an additional charge. 
• The quarterly service does include checking sprinkler heads, drippers and irrigation pipes.
• There is no additional charge for chlorine. 
• We will respond to emergency (red light) call outs which are charged at a minimum of $75.00 per call out (plus GST), plus parts and labour.
• Under NSW Health Department regulations, your Aerated Septic System must be serviced quarterly by a trained service person and a copy of the maintenance report forwarded to both the local Shire Council and the home owner.

Owner’s responsibility:

• Day to day maintenance. A step by step guide and further instructions will be provided to you by our team.
